By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Nigerian laws.
Please read carefully before using Cardilobby.
By registering or using Cardilobby, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under Nigerian law.
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
You will comply with all relevant Nigerian laws, including the Cybercrimes Act 2015, Data Protection Act 2023, and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
Cardilobby is operated by Naija Flames Tech Services, providing a digital platform for users to buy, sell, and advertise goods and services within Nigeria.
We act only as an intermediary — not as the buyer or seller. Transactions occur directly between users.
All users must create an account with valid information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Misuse or unauthorized access may lead to suspension or termination.
Under Section 7 of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015, users must not engage in identity theft, phishing, or system interference.
Sellers agree to:
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
Avoid selling counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods under Nigerian Customs and Excise Management Act.
Fulfil orders promptly and maintain good customer service.
Violation may lead to permanent ban or legal action.
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate delivery details and payment information.
Review product descriptions before purchase.
Accept responsibility for decisions made during transactions.
Cardilobby is not liable for buyer-seller disputes arising from misinformation or negligence.
Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways in line with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Consumer Protection Framework 2019.
Cardilobby holds payments in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery.
Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.
All transactions are subject to fraud prevention checks in compliance with Section 14 of the Cybercrimes Act 2015.
Cardilobby works with verified logistics partners for nationwide delivery.
Delivery timelines depend on distance and product availability.
Sellers must ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate addresses to prevent delivery delays.
Buyers may request a return within 7 days of receiving an item, provided it’s unused and in original condition.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after product verification.
Certain items (e.g., perishables, intimate wear, digital products) are not eligible for return, in line with Section 120 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
Cardilobby complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
We collect and process personal data strictly for platform operations and customer service.
Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data under Section 37 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999, as amended) and Part III of the NDPA 2023.

Users are strictly prohibited from:
Uploading harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
Attempting to hack or manipulate Cardilobby systems.
Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent transactions (offence under Sections 24 & 25 of the Cybercrimes Act 2015).
Violations may lead to suspension, blacklisting, or prosecution.
All Cardilobby trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Naija Flames Tech Services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written consent — in line with Copyright Act Cap C28 LFN 2004.
Cardilobby is not responsible for:
Losses due to product defects, delays, or third-party errors.
Business interruptions or indirect damages.
Unauthorized access to user accounts caused by negligence.
We serve as a facilitator — not a guarantor of every transaction.
Cardilobby reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:
Violate these Terms,
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or
Abuse our systems or other users.
Upon termination, outstanding obligations between buyer and seller remain enforceable.
Cardilobby may revise these Terms periodically. Updates take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, particularly:
Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015
Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023
Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018
Sale of Goods Act (Cap S1 LFN 2004)
Any dispute shall be settled under the jurisdiction of competent Nigerian courts.
