We provide the platform for transactions but do not own or control the products sold by individual vendors. Each seller is responsible for their listings, pricing, and fulfillment.
To buy or sell on Cardilobby, you must create an account with accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Cardilobby is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
Buyers must review product details before making any purchase.
Payment for orders must be made through approved methods listed on the platform.
Orders may not be canceled once they are shipped.
Refunds or replacements are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Sellers must provide accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products are strictly forbidden.
Cardilobby reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account that violates our policies.
Commission fees and payout schedules are stated in the Seller Policy.
Cardilobby uses secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions.
All payments made on the platform are encrypted and protected.
Sellers will only receive funds once an order is confirmed delivered and accepted by the buyer.
Delivery times vary depending on the seller’s location and the buyer’s address.
Cardilobby partners with trusted logistics providers for nationwide delivery.
Buyers must ensure accurate delivery details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Buyers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after verification.
Some categories (e.g., perishables, personal care) may not qualify for return.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Post false, misleading, or offensive content
Attempt to hack, copy, or disrupt Cardilobby systems
Impersonate any person or entity
Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.
All logos, designs, and content on Cardilobby belong to Naija Flames Tech Services (owners of Cardilobby) or respective licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or reuse any content without permission.
Cardilobby is not responsible for:
The actions or inactions of sellers or buyers
Product quality, safety, or legality
Delays caused by shipping partners
Our role is to connect users — all sales contracts are directly between buyer and seller.
Cardilobby may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in suspicious activity.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
